My background in Anatomy, Massage Therapy and Structural Integration and now Yoga has given me the tools to create something new! A way to teach you how to do Yoga so that you feel confident to attend a class, master your own practice or level up to the fullest expression of your body, mind and spirit.
How it works:
For ten sessions we build a practice upon the principles of the Yamas and Nyamas (ethical practice of Yoga), Yoga Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breath and energy), and Meditation (single pointed focus). Every session builds onto the previous and sets up the next at a pace that suits you and your goals. This is a great process for beginners of all types, seasoned yogis and Yoga teachers looking to expand their reach of Yoga!
